GUARANTEE
AG Healthcare warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. This warranty is limited to defects, materials and workmanship. To make a warranty claim for products purchased in Australia please email: sales@marketmakersacc.com.au.
If within this timeframe you identify a fault with your product, we will be able to provide a free repair or replacement service. If you have further questions, please see our Return Policy section for further clarification.
Any misapplication or neglect will not warrant repair and replacement. This includes damage caused by, accidents, and exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrying. The warranty rejects any claims for incidental or consequential damages regarding to the product.
The warranty begins on the day of purchase (NOT the date that the product is registered on the www.aghealthcare.com.au website) The warranty is NOT renewed upon repair or replacement of the product.
All faults in workmanship or materials communicated to us after expiry of the guarantee period are not protected by our warranty.
All terms relate to the purchase of products made using the www.aghealthcare.com.au website. All products purchased from other retailers will require contact to the retailer themselves.
